BY TRAIN:
As far as the station of Frosinone. From here by bus COTRAL as far as Sora and to Posta Fibreno.For the people comes from the region of Abruzzo, trought the line Avezzano-Roccasecca as far as the station of Sora and from here procede by bus to  Posta Fibreno.

BY CAR FROM ROME:
Drive on the motorway as far as the tool-booth of Frosinone and then, on the highway, follow the indications as far as the exit for Sora. From here, follow the Atina-Cassino crossroads for Posta Fibreno and then follow the advertising indications.

BY CAR FROM NAPLES:
Drive on the motorway as far as the toll-booth of Cassino. From here, follow the Sora-Avezzano highway as far as the exit for Posta Fibreno and then follow the advertising indications.

BY CAR FROM L'AQUILA:
